We are a high-tech non-governmental enterprise integrating the production and sales of calenders, NIPCO calenders, soft calenders, hard calenders, super calenders and all sorts of fiber rollers. Our company has fixed assets of USD11 million, with 290 employees, including 32 technicians and 8 professionals with senior titles, and 5 contracted professors and consultants. We have powerful technical force, complete processing equipment, consummate management system, excellent after-sales service and perfect record of respecting contract and keeping promise.With the enhancement of requirement on paper quality and quantity in the paper industry, and the development trend of paper machinery to the direction of high speed and big width, our company developed the first set of Chinese-made soft calender which had divisional controllable middle and high roller and thermal oil heating hard roller in 1999. Our production performance has reached international advanced level. The divisional controllable middle and high roller has been awarded with national patent. Recently, our company has developed the first set of Chinese-made Model-SC2730/800 eight-roller super soft calender which has weight balance and pressure release device of middle roller, auxiliary drive device, controllable middle roller, and thermal roller. One after another, they have been put into use in Shandong Qingzhou Huayu Paper industry, Mudanjiang Hengfeng Paper Industry, etc. They have given very good economic and social benefits.In 2005, we set up Jiangsu Heavy-duty Machinery Co., Ltd., covering an area of 106,000 square meters and, with 40MN free (open die) forging hydraulic (oil) press and supporting equipment. We can process forgings under 40 tons, with annual production capacity of 300,000 tons.
